Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your product you have the possibility to return & exchange your item within 30 days after you have received the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Please note. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges, unless item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Sale Items
Swimwear (if the protective packaging has been broken or item has been worn)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & returns form filled out.

Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
Before sending item back please email info@bountyminiwear.com to request to return items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and your replacement item will be sent to you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Before sending item back please email info@bountyminiwear.com to request to return items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved due to goods being defective, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the form of transaction.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 21 Brommersvlei Road Constantia 7808 (Please email info@bountyminiwear.com before sending)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an item is defective or the wrong item was sent to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note, it is always best to send using a tracking service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Bounty makes every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however we are aware that in certain cases items may need to be returned, which we are happy to assist you with under the following conditions, listed below.
Please note. Every order is shipped with a merchandise or gift receipt and a returns form
Please keep your receipts safe.

There are 2 ways items may be returned.

  • By Post / courier
  • Dropped off at our depot in Cape Town.

We will need all the forms in the package returned with the item.

Refund, Return or Exchange via Post Office

  1. Email info@bountyminiwear.com to request to return items.
  2. Fill in the RETURNS FORM you will receive with your online package. Please make sure you fill in all the required fields.
  3. Pack your return securely, clearly mark and address your parcel to: BOUNTY MINI WEAR 21 Brommersvlei Road, Constantia, 7806 (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible)
  4. Drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office and email your tracking number to info@bountyminiwear.com

Refund, Return or Exchange via self delivery

  1. Email info@bountyminiwear.com to request to return items.
  2. Fill in the RETURNS FORM you will receive with your online package. Please make sure you fill in all the required fields.
  3. Deliver your item to 21 Brommersvlei Road, Constantia, 7806 (on date and at time specified in email correspondence prior)

PLEASE NOTE
Packages returned via mail must be prepaid – WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD DELIVERIES

BOUNTY will gladly refund shipping charges in the following instances only

  1.  If an item is DEFECTIVE
    If you receive a damaged or defect item which you want to claim for please contact us on info@bountyminiwear.com and we will sort it out for you. For accepted claims, BOUNTY is responsible for all additional costs and in this instance, if you do not wish to exchange it for another item of the same nature, we will offer you a full refund.
  2. If BOUNTY SENT THE WRONG ITEM
    If, by a stroke of silliness, you receive the wrong item, BOUNTY will cover all return shipping costs and resend the correct item ordered by you.
