HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
After you have chosen an item from our online product pages, including your choice of colour, size and quantity, click on the ‘add to cart’ button. You are given an option to either continue shopping or proceed to the check-out. You can view your shopping bag at any time by clicking on the shopping bag link on the top right-hand side of your window.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept online card payment with MasterCard or VISA.
Residents within South Africa are also offered the option to pay by EFT through our partner Peach Payments
WHAT CURRENCIES DO I PAY WITH?
The currency used is ZAR South African Rand (R).
CAN YOU CHANGE THE VALUE OF MY ORDER FOR CUSTOMS?
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES?
All customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Bounty Mini Wear has no control over these costs, and also cannot give you any detailed information on what the costs will be, as custom policies and import duties vary very widely from country to country. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs and for this reason charges can be applied.
We apologise for any inconveniences in this matter but we have no control over this and are not able to supply any details why or for how long your parcel can be delayed.
HOW MUCH IS IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
The import duties and taxes fees are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country, and the amount can vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. For more information and specific amounts, contact your local customs office.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
If you pay by credit card the total amount will be reserved on your account immediately when the order is placed. The money is then charged when your order is shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation containing a receipt of the purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
We make every effort to ensure our online inventory is up to date & to fulfil your order. However, occasions may arise where an item is out of stock and we are unable to proceed with your order. Should payment have been made and BOUNTY MINI WEAR cannot fulfil the order due to the item being out of stock, a full refund will be processed and no further obligation in respect of this order will exist.
I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR MY ORDER.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorisation. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorisation will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card. Please only click the “Confirm” button once to avoid multiple authorisations.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY PRODUCTS ON MINI RODINI’S WEB PAGE?
Payment can easily and safely be made by credit card. We apply no credit card fees and accept Visa and Mastercard. Safe payment is guaranteed through our partner Peach Payments. We will only take payment from your credit or debit card after your order has been dispatched.
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS FROM THE ONLIBE STORE?
Of course! You will receive a ‘Returns Policy’ form with your online order sent to your email address. Simply fill in the form and follow the instructions with two easy ways to return.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you would like to cancel an order please mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible after you have placed the order. Please include your order number and we will let you know if the order is available for cancellation. Unfortunately, once your order has entered the processing phase, we are unable to cancel it. We urge you to please double-check orders before placing them.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive flat rate shipping on this additional order if it we receive it in time.
DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact our customer service and we’ll sort it out!
I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, double check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order. Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help sort it out for you.
HOW DO I USE A VOUCHER OR PROMO CODE?
If you’ve received a voucher code for the online shop or using a promo campaign, it is filled in it the checkout process of your purchase. Simply write the code in the field in the checkout, and the total amount in your order will recalculate. It will be clearly stated what amount the voucher is before you continue to the payment step.
CAN I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT?
Yes! When you complete your order in the checkout process, there is an option to send the order as a gift. Just fill in the details and we will take care of the rest for you! We will send the receipt to the email address stated in the checkout and remove all price tags. If you’d like to send it in a gift box, there is an additional cost added to the total price. Just tick the box in the checkout and we will sort everything out!
CAN I PRE-ORDER IN THE ONLINE SHOP?
No, we do not offer pre-orders.
CAN I ORDER THINGS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK?
No, our online shop is connected to our warehouse stock and if a product is sold out, it means that that we do not have any left. Sometimes we may re-stock specific items and/or sizes.

Yes, we ship globally.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST FOR MY ORDER?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on the checkout page & on your order receipt. The shipping is based on the volumetric weight of the package and the destination country.
WHEN will I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or public holidays.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation that will be sent to your email.
MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK.
It can take up to 24hours for the tracking number to be activated, but please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions

CAN I SEND AN ORDER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?
Yes, you are able to fill out any delivery address in the checkout process & input a different shipping address.

WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES PRODUCED?
BOUNTY MINI WEAR is produced in Cape Town, South Africa. Our manufacturer & supplier code of conduct is of utmost importance to us, where wages, overtime, the use child labour are all carefully monitored. Our manufacturers have a BEE stats of ….. and pay careful attention to minimum waste in production. We use all our scraps for all sorts of interesting accessories. We believe in close, honest and long-term relationships.
We do ongoing inspections by our own employees as well as third parties to assure quality and social rights’ qualifications are followed.
WHAT DOES YOUR GOTS ORGANIC LABEL MEAN?
The GOTS label is placed on items which are made from certified organic cotton, blends. GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. Global Organic Textile Standard
recognised as the leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres worldwide. It defines high level environmental criteria along the entire supply chain of organic textiles and requires compliance with social criteria as well. WHAT IS THE ORGANIC FABRIC?
Organic fabric is sown, grown, harvested, and processed through carefully implemented and monitored phases, utilising crop rotation and beneficial insect predators to prevent and control disease, weed and pest problems in the growing stages, as well as safe corn-starches and peroxides in the processing phase. The use of genetically modified seeds, toxic insecticides, pesticides and fertilisers and chemical inputs such as formaldehyde, heavy metals, chlorine bleaches and sulphurs are strictly prohibited.

Every 24 months they are audited by Control Union ensuring the best quality Organic Fabrics.
This means that each link in the value chain, from non-GMO seed & farming practices, through to the spinning, the ginning, the weaving & knitting, the dyeing, the folding, rolling, the packing and the sending of the fabrics that we deliver to you, is ALL 100% Certified.The organic value chain is one of transparency & integrity and it is vital that each link in the chain is audited and certified in order to ensure quality, environmental & social responsibility.All our garments are made from hand-picked 100% Natural & Organic Fabrics
